This Warhawk features a patterned copper band, highly figured curly maple, and a display stand mad from Mississippi River driftwood(see cover photo) This piece was also feature in a article in the Sept. issue of Blade Magazine, and got a full page color spread plus an inset!!

The head on this piece was forged from 1 inch square wrought iron circa 1872, and has a Nicholson filesteel bit forge welded in for the cutting edge. the haft features a carved handgrip, as well as some torch flaming and rawhide wraps.
